We went to the new Blue Coyote Supper Club, in Sanibel for the first time today and were not disappointed. This recently re-decorated dinning facility is warm and inviting. The menu, daily specials and service was everything we could ask for. We met Cindy, the manager, for the first time today and she could not have been more accommodating. Their version of a Bloody Mary is an appetizer and drink all in one It is topped off with two deviled eggs and a strip of applewood smoked bacon. Don't knock it until you have tried it. Our server was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and made us feel like old friends. We are year round FL residents and expect to be frequent visitors to this fresh and tasteful dinning facility. As the word spreads about this place I think reservations are going to be a must.

A restaurant find on Sanibel was the recently opened Blue Coyote at the Sanibel Island Golf Club. The food is excellent, the best we have had on Sanibel. The decor is fun and interesting and the wait staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant.
The manager, Cindy, is a delight to talk to. Very friendly and professional.
We had a lunch and 2 dinners during our stay and each meal was superb. We will be back to the Blue Coyote as soon as we return to beautiful Sanibel.

Loved sitting at this beautiful Bar area for a great lunch with friends and family. The Bloody Mary is the best with thick bacon and deviled eggs with the perfect spices. The lunch was spectacular.

Great food, hospitality and service in an elegant atmosphere! I hate to overuse the word but flawless comes to mind. Go on Sunday for the brunch and try one of their signature Bloody Mary's with applewood smoked bacon and deviled eggs! Whether it be the lunch or dinner, both Cindie up front and Angie behind the bar will make sure your every request is handled professionally and expeditiously. For someone that is as picky as I am, this place does it the way its supposed to be done. Thanks everyone for a great experience! Get used to my face!

Only recently opened on Sanibel, The Blue Coyote Supper Club is an excellent addition to the Island. We've had two dinners there so far and were very pleased overall. A good selection to choose from and a wine list that is fairly priced. The steaks as well as seafood dishes are well prepared and with a bit of interest added into each. The steaks "Pittsburgh" style however, need adjusting. Blackening on the outside was accomplished with a coating of crushed black peppercorns so thick that they needed scraping off before eating. A very hot searing of the good cuts of beef would have produced a better rendition of the "Black & Blue" from Pittsburgh steak houses. Still a few kinks to be worked out for this new venture but definitely a place to dine and hopefully soon to be a regular "go to". The new decor is quite interesting and comfortable and the staff is pleasantly attentive.
