My family and I visited this restaurant as part of our week-Long vacation. We immediately felt comfortable. This restaurant caters to singles, couples, families, and groups. The food was hot and delicious, and at the same time average. So at this point, I'm at three stars. However, the decor and creativity warrants punching my review up a star. For example, on the slanted ceiling, beach-themed item, such as picnic table, umbrellas, sandals, and more, were bolted upside down. Overall, recommended.

This is one of our favorites on the island. Hit an early dinner and basically it was walk right in and get a table. Servings are large. Menu is huge. Food is great. Very good service. Never saw clam strips that big in my life. Wife's Caesar salad was huge. I would say if you don't want to wait for a table because this place is always busy, go around 3pm on a sunny day. Its after lunch and too early for a large dinner. If you go around dinner time or a rainy day it seems like everyone has the same idea of hitting the stores and restaurants. If you dine at one of their outside booths or tables they have bug spray on each table. At night the "no see ums" are also dining.

Great variety on the menu, something for everyone, even picky kids. The complimentary muffins were delicious and the pulled pork was great. Will definitely stop there again!

This restaurant is terrible! The food is greasy and has no taste whatsoever. Been there multiple times and each time the tables aren't clean and there are bugs everywhere. They lack both plates and cups.

Stopped by The Island Cow with friends and family for breakfast and boy was it good. My wife had the breakfast burrito which was the tables favorite. My kids ate the breakfast fajitas which were good too. I ate the cheese omelet with the crab cake which was ok but the other stuff was way tastier. The decor is very colorful and has that tropical feel to it. The plates are hearty so take a appetite and enjoy the good food the great hospitality and go in there hungry and come out stuffed like a cow. Wish I would've made it for lunch but wasn't able to maybe next time
