Dine outside in the garden atmosphere of Periwinkle Place or inside at hand-painted tables, inspired by local artists. Our wide-ranging menu is full of fresh and local seafood, island-renowned chowders, custom sandwiches and burgers, refreshing salads, mouth-watering steak and vegetarian options. Unwind at our full liquor bar, sipping on a glass of wine, a frosty draft, bottled beer or one of our signature frozen drinks. As for dessert, indulge in hand-dipped Edy's Grand Ice Cream, or a rich cappuccino. You won't be able to get enough of our delicious island-inspired food, all in a friendly, tropical setting.

Small portions for the price. We were there during the slow period, Less than 15 people in the restaurant. Servers seemed bored.

Best salads on the island and a full service bar. What more can you ask? Oh, the coconut shrimp ain't none too shabby either.

We ate here with our to young kids and they liked the animals on the walls, food was okay, but nothing special. Same goes for the service, it's okay, but you probably won't remember it for a long time.

We tried to visit as many establishments on the island during our vacation and this was our least favourite. Service was slow and inattentive, table was very small and too close to the entrance, bar and kitchen entrance. The décor was fun and interesting, lots of Giraffes. Who doesn't like a giraffe? Turkey sandwich was so dry, thank god for the cranberry sauce, needed extra in order to swallow a bite. Best part was the dessert, ordered my favourite, Key Lime Pie as well as the Key Lime Cheesecake to try. Cheesecake was our favourite, pie was just too rich. Save yourself the cost of dinner, go for a drink and dessert, but don't go too late, everything closes so early on Sanibel Island. We drove around most nights looking for somewhere to eat and most places closed before 10pm!

No one around the Thursday night we ate there. Food was average and it was just a bit on the higher end, price wise.
