Words can not even come close to explaining this beach. Tucked away down San-Cap rd, Blind Pass Beach is a hiden gem. Very quiet.

One of my absolute favorite beaches ever! Never crowded...for the most part we felt as if we had the beach to ourselves! Shells everywhere! Calm waters, beautiful sand. Had 3 teenagers in our group, they threw around a football, PLENTY of space to do that! In the evening we took our chairs and some beverages and watched the sun go down. Absolutely beautiful! The stars and the moon lit the beach up wonderfully after dark and the kids spent time there at night in the quiet beauty contemplating the world's deepest debates!lol

The beach is well used by all and there is room to do what you want. The only thing I disliked was the lack of good shelling but that is due to plenty of people and time of day.

The beach is made primarily of crushed sea shells. The shelling was disappointing this trip, but has been fantastic in the pass. I even found a junonia a few years ago and had my picture in the local newspaper. The sunsets can be absolutely breathtaking, especially if there are a few clouds. Makes for a romantic evening. Bring a bottle of wine and two glasses!
