This was our second trip to Sanibel Inn. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and completely enjoyed it. The view was great and the room was spacious. Staff is super friendly! Great location on the Island. We enjoyed the private beach. The grounds are kept very nicely. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

My wife & I stayed a few days at this hotel for her birthday. We checked in early and were told the room would be ready in an hour. When they called us to get the room key, they had upgraded us from a standard room to a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a view of the pool and beach..NICE!
All the staff were friendly & helpful, the beach was beautiful and they even have complimentary umbrallas and chairs they set up for you on the beach; another nice touch. My wife likes to walk the beach in the morning and this hotel is within nice walking distance of the Sanibel Lighthouse. I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches (and I know cuban sandwiches) at the pool side bar. Hey, I'm not easy to impress my wife says, but I was impressed with this property. We have stayed at several other locations on Sanibel over the pass 7 years....The Sanibel Inn was the best! We think you will be impressed too.

Room Tip: Well....if you can get that upgrade to a condo......but we checked out the standard rooms before we...

My friend and I had stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It was a wonderful experience! The staff carried our umbrella to the beach and set it up for us with towels always available. We also loved having the bikes there for us to use. We had a great view and the condo had all that we needed.
Easy check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. All in all it was a very enjoyable time and I'm ready to go back.

Went to Sanibel Island on honeymoon.

Stayed at the Sanibel Inn and this was fantastic. Very nice and clean hotel to absolutely reasonable price.
The hotel is situated direct to a beautiful beach with bounty-island-like water.
The pool at the hotel is wonderful too.

My husband and I have never been to Sanibel Island. I found the Sanibel Inn on trip Advisor and we had a wonderful time. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had dinner on Saturday evening at the Sea Star Cafe. Philip was our waiter.. He was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and attentive throughout our meal. My husband and I both had the filet mignonette. Our meal was excellent! Philip brought Chef Ed to our table to meet us. We both complimented him on our meal

Beautiful old seaside inn - reminds us of a trip to the coast of Maine - only better weather and warmer ocean temps. All the staff went out of their way to answer questions and make recommendations. Beautiful location - great gulf views - enjoyed coffee on the porch watching the sunrises. Great meals right at the Inn - so if you don't feel like driving, you can walk to the Sea Star cafe or down to the pool side bar - where the staff ran food from the restaurant down to the pool. Lounge chairs, towels, beach umbrellas waiting for your use on the beach. Good surf fishing to pass the time and lots of shells to collect. Over-all a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Would definitely return to the Sanibel Inn.

Room Tip: Higher floors have better ocean views.

My wife and I have been coming to SI for 27 years. When the kids were traveling with us we would stay in a condo. Now that it is just the two of us this is the only place that we will stay. Very nice rooms with a view of the gulf. They have everything that you need. We love this place!
