Had weekend business in the area and decided to stay in baytowne wharf for the convenience. Stumbled upon the first place I saw (rumrunners) that looked decent for a cold beer and bite to eat, which I am glad I decided to stop! Sat at the bar and had impeccable recommendations from the yankee bartender. I decided to go with the Hawaiian chicken wrap (her favorite) and a sweet water 420. Food was good, but I prefer my fries a bit more crispy. The guitar player was superb, he knew old and new songs. As the night went on the restaurant got more busy which put more weight on the 2 barmaids. They truly work their tails off and also deal with rude incompetent people. The piano players were ok.. very loud and not as upbeat as the guitar player. I would highly recommend stopping by this place if you're ever staying in the area. I will be a returning customer for sure.
