“Like the Field!”
Reviewed December 4, 2013

Despite the negative press on the Trop, I find it a great place to see a game. It is hot and humid in this area, and I do not like going to games outside in this weather. It also does not rainout in the Trop. The site lines are good everywhere in the park and the seats are comfortable for a ball park. The food venues are quite good.

Despite all the bad raps on this ballpark it is very user friendly and has some great food. Interesting venue with some quirks.

“Good team”

We had a blast! Cheaper than a Bucs game!! We can't wait to go again. When we couldn't find our seats the staff was very helpful.

“Love my Rays!”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

I love the fact that no matter what the weather, we can watch our Rays in the comfort of air conditioning. We can take our own food and unopened water bottles, so it is never an expensive night out. I think there are great amusements for little kids too!

“Rays baseball”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

This park is perfect for Florida, if they could find a way to grow real grass and tone the noise! With a steady 70 degree temperature, it is comfort even on the hottest of summer days. The Rays players seem to do well in this park, their home town field. There are NO bad seats--size of the stadium leaves every seat open. They are building an outfield walkway connecting right and left field without leaving the vicinity of the game (up to now, you had to use the interior "courts" to move from one place to another, and therefore could only see game on the TVs) This should add to the experience.

There are many games and activities for children at the stadium also and many of them are free. There are also specially priced food stands for the children.

Tropicana is definitely a fun place for all ages and you never know when you will be seen on the big screen TV!

Yes, worth a visit.
