good food. great service. if you are a long time fan, they have raised prices enough to stop you from coming back. They separated salads from entrees (extra $5) started charging for cooking sytles (extra $5). They give you plenty of vegs to cook. Your meal will just cost your $10 more than it used it.

There was not one single thing not to like about this restaurant. We were seated right away, the server/waiter was awesome and very helpful when he answered our questions, he knew we need refills on drinks before we did and brought each course at just the right time, etc....His name was Cameron.
The food was outstanding and we loved cooking our own food right at the table.
My only con would be it's not a place to dine at a lot because it can get expensive! Well worth it though!

First and foremost, the service was overwhelming nice but the food was actually below average. The concept of biling different kinds of beef together in one pot for all customers at the table results in one fishing out the duck your partner ordred and you eating beef from your other friend. But it does not matter boiled beef is a boiled beeef no matter how you slice it and what sauce you put on it! And how would you know if after your second cocktail you forgot the names and tastes of the six or seven sauces on the table. A little flag with the name for each would have been helpful. The chocolate felt like it was diluted - not a rich gooey taste of dark chocolate that we expected. A $100 dollar meal for two desrves proper filtered or bottled water and not poor tasting tap water. I wish I could let them keep my generous 25% tip and have my wasted dinner money back! If you are interested in the "fondue" experience, just have vegetable with the nice artichoke-spinach fontina dip.

After rave reviews from family and friends about the Melting Pot brand, we decided to try it for ourselves to see if they were all right and boy they were. The service and experience is one to savour, a lover of both cheese and chocolate it was ideal for our family. Our sever Destiny was excellent, her knowledge and experience guided us through the menu (she made it very easy for us) nothing was ever a bother and she was very keen to ensure we were enjoying the experience, this certainly added to our enjoyed. I would highly recommend the melting pot, we will certainly be back soon

This restaurant has been in St. Pete for 23 years. And the quality of the food and drinks have continued to be great. The manager and staff make you feel very welcome. The ambience is warm and inviting. We really enjoy the Happy Hour that is every day of the week from 5-7. Appetizers, beer wine and drinks are half price. The Happy Hour appetizers are only available during happy hour. But they are wonderful - especially the chicken, beef or pork satays, shrimp scampi, ahi tuna and the salmon bruschetta. Cheese fondue is not on that menu but still reasonable for people to share. It is our go to place to relax and share before going to a ball game.
