Great steaks, go with the filet. Do not be in a hurry and make sure you check to see if your steak is done to specifications. Our reservation was at 7:30 didn't get seated until almost 8:00pm. It seemed the kitchen was backed up and this caused problems in our food arriving in a timely fashion. Many tables around us were sending their steaks back because they were either too well done or not done enough. One we got our food it was wonderful. Go with the Pittsburgh style, what a flavor. Wednesday is half price wine bottle night, and while their selection isn't great there are a few good options to choose from. It would be a lot nicer if they had a good draft beer selection, or any at all. Only beer they had was domestics, and bass ale, in bottles.

Try one of their wood fired steaks, afterall, it is a steakhouse. We went as a family, but would certainly go back for more of a couples dinner.

We came to TCC for a family event with 9 adult guest. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, which was at 6:30. We were finally seated at 7:10.
Our dinner order wasnt taking until 7:45p.m. It took all that time to get drink orders and bread. When we recieved our meals we had 2 steaks not cooked properly almost to the point of being raw. Throughout our dinner expereince our waitress seemed overwhelmed and under trained.
When we spoke with the manager he seemed ill equiped to handle these situations.
We were finally told that we would get free desserts and they would take the 2 steaks off. When we got the desserts there was a small bug that was on the dessert. When we finally recieved our bill they only took off for one of the steaks. The whole experience took 3.5 hours and still paid a bill of over $400.
For a higher end steak place the whole expereinced was disappointing and frustrating. Sadly that is 9 adults that willl never visit this restaurant again.

Hate to slam a restaurant this way, but it was just awful. Let's start with the 60 minute wait to be seated, and that's with a reservation. Once seated we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered. We were all quite hungry by that time but our waitress said she would take our dinner order after she finished up with another table. We asked if she could bring us bread and water. They were out of water glasses and the bread never came until our meal was served. It took 100 minutes from the time we walked in until they took our dinner order. Our water came at 110 minutes. When the meals finally came 130 minutes in to our visit, the steaks were not cooked correctly. I had medium rare and it was fine, but three other people ordered medium well and theirs were RARE. When the manager came around to ask us how we were enjoying our meal, we politely relayed our experience was less than satisfactory. He apologized and let us know we could have desert on the house and would take $50 off each of our bills. Ok, that makes me feel a little better. Every restaurant has an off night. But when the desert came, a little black bug came crawling out from underneath the chocolate cake. Are you kidding me??? We called the waitress back over, she went to get the manager again, he never showed up. We decide to just pay our bill and get the heck out of there, it had been three hours! The waitress says she can't split the check between our two parties, but can split it 50/50. That's a first. When we get the bill, the $50 credit doesn't show up. The waitress doesn't know anything about it. Manager #2 has to come over and take care of that. What a fiasco, none of us will ever step foot in that restaurant again. As we left the nearly empty restaurant, the couple at the next table had been waiting 30 minutes to place their order. And no they did not have a single water glass on the table.

Maybe it was the fact that it was so crowded that I was disappointed, so maybe because we had to wait so long to get served. However, the food was wonderful with large portions. Might want to try this place at an early hour (before 7:00) before it gets really busy. Steaks are awesome! Nothing to complain about in the steak department, Done to perfection. Wait staff needs a bit of help in the "smile department", but I am sure they were all "just having a bad day". I was recommend this restaurant but call early for a reservation!
