This Japanese Hibachi and sushi restaurant has been owned and operated for about one year by a delightful couple of Vietnamese origin. The service was personal and the Hibachi meal one of the best we have ever enjoyed. It is always fun to take the family to the "cook it in front of you" experience. We appreciated the lack of the usual throw it in your mouth schtick. This was just good quality, nicely prepared. The only downside was we ha to wait for the table cook top to heat up. It was worth it. The restaurant is convenient with easy parking. We did not try the sushi but other diners said it was also excellent.
