My partner and I have never experienced a steak ribeye like the one we enjoyed last evening at Red Mesa. It was a featured special that read: "STEAK RIBEYE • 14 oz Peruvian chile grilled steak with jalapeño cream sauce, chile morita corn esquites and fried onions. $28.00"
After asking the server about what she recommended, she first said if you haven't had our guacamole, you should We listened. The green goodness arrived along with with the freshly baked tortilla chips and invigorating salsa. So far, so good. When our server returned to take our entree order, we simply couldn't make a decision. She nearly guaranteed that if we ordered the Steak Ribeye, we wouldn't regret it. She was right!
