We needed a dog-friendly place in a specific area of St Pete and this place fit the bill. It's a little weird because the outdoor seating is on the opposite side of the building from the parking (it's in a strip mall inbetween an iHop and a Subways). Since we had a dog with us, we couldn't walk through the place and had to walk around.
The manager came out and greeted us and brought ice water for our dog. Then he opened the table umbrella for us (and stepped on the table to do so, but oh well). Also, the outdoor seating is close to 34th street. Sometimes we had pause in mid-conversation as a loud truck went by.
The waitress was very friendly and double checked our order with us because the way we ordered it was confusing to her. She could've made an assumption and maybe have gotten the order wrong, but instead she thought to double check.
The onion rings and the fries were awesome. The kid burgers looked really good, hand-made and thick...not typical for a kid's burger. So did the chicken fingers. They looked hand battered with a flaky and crunchy breading. I had the Guiness Brewburger and I could taste the seasoning in the beef. I am more of a naturalist when it comes to my burgers, but it was still very good.
It was a very nice meal and we would go back again when travelling through again.
