We have been to this restaurant several times and will keep going back. They say it has the best prime rib, and it's true--no fat at all and cooked exactly as ordered. Great prices (prime rib is $10.99 on Mondays and Fridays). The steaks are wonderful, as is the service. We sit in the bar area and are served by Melissa and Christine, the evening bartenders. Both are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend trying this place. I was raised on black angus beef, so I'm quite fussy. Drink prices during happy hour are very reasonable as well.

The restaurant was classy but not stuffy, casual dress was acceptable and the food was excellent. The decore was black leather privite booths and dark, rich wood. We all had prime rib or steak and the quality and flavors were amazing. The children's steak meal was cut above a children's meal. The service was excellent, attentive and fast. I wish we had tried this earlier on our vacation so we could have gone back this trip. It will be on the top of our list next year.

Two 90 year olds on walkers can be a dining experience challenge. Especially since Dad can barely hear. We were treated like VIPs. They gave us a free bottle of wine and Mom and Dad a Napoleon for dessert. Steaks were very good. Ceasar salad just right.

In a time long lost steak houses prevailed where leather lined chairs and dark wood walls welcomed the diner to sit back and enjoy an aged steak with class and elegance. These eateries were accessible to a family of four without mortgaging the homestead. Today's steak houses appeal more to business men and women who can pass the excessive tab onto their employer. The exception is Seltzer's where the steaks are aged and cooked to order and one does not risk losing the first born child when the check arrives. On both visits the prime rib was done perfectly medium rare and not overly salty. The salad was as one would expect in a steak house of old with some bread cubes arriving separately to eat plain or on your salad. If your family used to eat out at places like the Brown Derby, before it was Disneyized, and want to go back in time to the way it used to be try Seltzers, you won't be disappointed.

We were so disappointed with this restaurant - the waiter tried his best, but was not getting the support from the kitchen! After ordering our meals, it took almost 30 mins for our starters to arrive and then almost another 1 hour for our main courses to arrive. When they did they were not great, the mash potato with garlic was not real potato and cold, the steaks were not cooked to order. When we complained to the manager, he just started arguing back - not the sort of customer service. It's no wonder the restaurant down the road has people queuing for over an hour for a table - our biggest regret was that we didn't wait as well.
