“Great outdoor dining”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

While vacationing in the St.Pete area we discovered this downtown restaurant and had a wonderful dinner in Red Mesa's beautiful courtyard. With a large fountain running through the dining area the experience was pleasant for adults and children alike. The Mexican cuisine was delicious. The fajitas were sizzling and so flavorful and my wife sampled the a la carte taco menu. She enjoyed both the fish and pulled pork tacos, but her favorite item was a side of Gallo Pinto(rice and pinto beans together). We also enjoyed the chips and dip appetizer which includes three different dipping options: chili cheese, guac and black bean dip. The service was spectacular. We had drinks, including a margarita, in minutes and our food was served within 15 minutes of ordering. The children got plentiful portions off the kids menu as well. The prices are not cheap, but well worth the value of what you receive. We will be visiting again for sure.

“Great Mexican and Cuban”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

We Are Her because Of The Reviews. They Were Right. Some Of The Best Mexican, Great Takes And Twists And a Not So Usual Menu, And Outstanding Atmosphere.

The Outdoor Seating Is a Must. Great Place For Lunch Or Dinner. Get The Burrito Smothered In a Jalapeno Cheese Sauce. That Was Exceptional.

If You Want a Little Unusual But Outstanding Mexican In Upscale Atmosphere, Come Here.

“Good mexican.”
Reviewed September 28, 2013

We love this place. We went for the first time last month and we loved it so much, we have been several times since. The tacos are very good. The duck quesadilla was delicious. Service has always been good, even when it was very busy. Interesting atmosphere and great location. One of our top choices in St, Pete.

“okay food, nice decor”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

I came here because of the good review. But in my honest opinion I do not know what the hype is all about. We were seated right away and the server was very attentive and nice. The decor inside was cool to look at . The only thing that did not impress was the food. The tacos were good but nothing to write home about.

“Reason to go: Jalepeno cream sauce”
Reviewed September 15, 2013 via mobile

The atmosphere is very interesting but the food is the real star here. Anything with the jalepeno cream sauce is amazing. Make sure and be mindful of the fact that chips and salsa are not free, this is really the only detractor.
