Museum was great. Do not miss out on the FREE tours that run throughout the day. It is a must to understand the nature and art of the artist. The architecture tour was wonderful as the bldg is beautiful. The tour of the displayed art was the only way to fully realize the artist...who knew that there were two pictures in one when looking at his paintings. Not to be missed

Do not miss this exceptional museum. An extraordinary collection of 96 paintings along with over 2000 documents. This museum is housed in a gorgeous location ( there is also an architectural tour but I missed it) it is bright and airy. The tour guide was excellent and I did learn slot. There is also a lovely cafe for lunch or a drink; you are welcome to dit outside inthe sculpture garden. This museum was a delightful surprise. I spent many hours there. If you are an art lover be sure to go. And it is easy to get to with the ‘looper” a downtown visitor trolley that takes you to all museums and attractions. A genuine highlight. .

We loved the paintings and the docent tour. The virtual reality app was interesting, worked very well, though I’d rather read about the painting details instead of listening to audio after clicking on a part of the picture. Must have taken a lot of work to animate the VR images. Beautiful facility. Wondering why the paintings highlighted in the self-guided tour were not marked, sometimes it took a minute or two to locate the next numbered painting. A small sign with a number and arrow would be extremely helpful.

Thanks for the input - We have adjusted how the titles appear in the app so that they now align with the labels, have printed new numbers for the pieces in the exhibit and are helping visitors use the “map” mode of the app to better locate works!

The Dalí museum was impressive. Lots of art works by Salvador Dali. We opted to take the mini tour with the docent. Good thing because I was not at all familiar with his works of art and missed all the hidden images hidden within the art. The tour only covered half a dozen of the works so at the end of the short tour I had no idea what I was looking at. t couldn’t get the app they suggested to use to work. To the untrained eye, his art was bizarre. There was a lot of art displayed but I was a bit lost and really didn’t fully enjoy the costly trip.
