The outdoor seating at the Parkshore just makes the experience much better. The food is consistently good, but if you can eat there outside this time of year, it is really nice. Lunch time during the summers is too warm to eat outside, but when the temperatures moderate, and you can catch a breeze, it is lovely place. Outdoor eating is becoming more common around here, maybe because the Parkshore has done so well.
The staff here are as consistently good as the food.
The chefs specials are in fact, special, particularly when they include local seafood. The Trios are usually very good. If you are there on a day when the special of the Trio includes Tripletail, Hogfish or Sheepshead, just order it and put your menu away. You will be in for a treat.
This place is busy because it has a good reputation and is very well located. Plus, there just aren't many places like it in the Tampa Bay region. It is a place I can take people for a quality business lunch or family for a special occasion.
