We stopped in while visiting St. Petersburg. It is a fairly expansive menu with a first rate staff of friendly people. TO THEIR CREDIT when I asked if the pastrami was "lean" the server indicated that it had more "marbling" than some might like. I passed and went with the turkey.

The rye bread was flavorful, the turkey tender and not sliced too thin. The coleslaw had the "bite" I look for in good coleslaw.

And yes, they had Dr. Brown soda so my lunch was complete. If you're from NY it is as much a "must" at a good deli as dark mustard.

There is outdoor seating so you can watch folks stroll by.

My one complaint? No pickle. You have to pay extra for it. Who EVER heard of a deli that charges extra for the pickle? They lose points BIG TIME for this.

Great food, quick service....What else can you ask for? Prices are reasonable. Nice menu format and tasteful food!

Corned beef on rye, indeed. The "rye" was more like some kind of marbled wonder bread, not even resembling real rye. The corned beef wasn't bad, but was machine sliced very thin, and the portion was ridiculously small for a $9 sandwich. These guys should take a look at Katz's website in NY to at least get a vague idea of what a real sandwich looks like. I would happily pay Katz's $15 price for a decent sandwich. Would never return.

This was so disappointing..... good location. that's about it....if you are going to go for dinner, remember that they close 5PM sometime 6PM except on weekends....the Corned Beef sandwich was the worst meat I have ever had....the Pastrami wasn't much better....last year I had the Cuban Sandwich...it was passable....was hoping that the food got better this year but, it hasn't...never again

Food quality is what you would expect from a classic New York deli. Some of the best pastrami I've had south of DC. Service is like a bar and grill, sports bar or whatever, so it's fine for what it is. I can't wait to return!!!
