Ate there twice on our 4-day trip. The breakfast is great - get the blueberry pancakes. The location is right across from Merry Pier - great views and fun to look at all of the "Old Florida" decor and postcards on the table tops.

This was our second visit, having been here previously over a year ago. As before the tables were a 30min wait (Sunday morning)-shows the reputation this place has. Food is good, and is typical American breakfast/brunch/lunch. Service is also good, typically American diner style. The restaurant has great character and atmosphere.

My spouse and I ate breakfast here on 4/14/13. We waited about 15 mins for a table, but a walk around Pass-A-Grille is a nice diversion while you wait. The restaurant looks like it's been exactly the same for 50+ years: knotty pine paneling that smells like maple syrup, tables with kitchy local articles and postcards embedded in the tables, photos of big catches from yesteryear all over the walls. The menu is nothing special, but the food is good and the service is prompt and friendly. Everyone should try this place at least once during a vacation in St. Pete Beach.

Sunday Brunch and it was very nice. Smoked fish, smoked melt, and we were in smoked fish heaven. A nice casual place for food and drink. A beach place but a step above. I look for our return.

You need to visit the Seahorse for breakfast. You may have to wait but not very long. The wait staff is very pleasant and always checking to see if you need anything or to refill your coffee. Basic breakfast items reasonably priced. If it is nice out sit outside it is lovely. The blueberry pancakes are delicious. Pass-a-Grille is a beautiful area enjoy your visit.
