“Learn about the past while enjoying the present”
Reviewed November 25, 2012

A small but well-organized museum of Pass-a-Grille's history. Located in a rustic and cosy former church sandwiched between the Gulf and Tampa Bay, it contains photos, artifacts, and lots of information about this community that dates back 100 years. There are books, gifts, and very helpful docents who will answer questions. The museum has free admission but welcomes donations. Highly recommended.

“What am I Doing Here?”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

Well, in order to understand your place in time, I think it is important to recognize the past. Within just a few moments of looking at pictures, one is juxtaposed as a tourist 100 years ago! This place is magical!

“A True Gem, A Piece of History”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

I think this a great small museum tucked away in a small church in Pass A Grille. Gives you a taste of the beach many years ago. It is free and accepts donations.

“Interesting”
Reviewed July 5, 2012 via mobile

On arrival at the museum we were greeted by a friendly lady who gave us a brief history of the building and the area of Pass a Grille. We were then left to wander and study the exhibits.
An interesting insight of the
museum building and town and how they came to be.
No admission fee just donations, worth visiting if you are here.
