The view is worth a visit, and the food was good. Our waitress was very nice and service ok. But if this bistro were at ground level and standing still, it probably wouldn't be doing well. It wasn't that things were bad, it just wasn't special except for the view - it was "average". From the outside the building looks old and from another era. The lobby had an old charm to it and reminded me of some 2-3 star hotels in europe that I've stayed in. The Bistro was more modern looking. The bar is small but I imagine at night it's kind of cozy. We visited for lunch during the week and the crowd was small. If you're not into glass elevators on the outside of buildings, they do have an internal lift that goes to the Bistro, otherwise get a view of the area as you ride the elevator on the outside.
