Excellent food and outstanding service. Vacationed for a week and came here twice! Jim was our server both times, professional and fun.

We had about 45 minute wait out front for a table of 4 not so bad for a Sunday night at 7pm but we were out in the sidewalk waiting which might not be great for everyoen.

The waiter was so excellent explaining the choices, bringing flatbreads and water immediately and round of drinks. My husband is a whiskey drinker only so we didn't have adult beverages that night helping with the bill. The house salads were served and loved by 3 of us and my finicky teen got a salad with no dressing and he liked it too. That helps them to keep things moving as they do an amazing job in a small space.

The pecan encrusted mahi mahi was awesome, the wasabi tuna did not disappoint and was so large a portion I had tuna for lunch the next day. Loved the pastry puff potatoe also and the plates were beautiful. My son got a special $45 lobster, scallops and shrimp special that was beautiful, large and worth the money. He even ate the edible flower on the plate.

The lobster risotto with shrimp wasn't as good as we thought it would be - the risotto wasn't as flavorful or texture as I have had in the past but the shrimp was tasty.

We would recommend this to anyone so plan for a wait and be hungry. the food was so awesome and service so good that you shouldn't miss this restaurant. Too bad they don't have liquor as they missed out on some $ from us.

Two years later, it's even better. The alternate title of this is "A Winning Formula." They still have delicious appetizers, the same perfect house salad (with complementary hummus and crisp bread), and the best Coconut-Encrusted MahiMahi and Risotto Oceana. These dishes bring us back every time we come to St Pete Beach, but it is the total experience that makes it amazing. I pray this restaurant stays in St Pete forever. You can have an intimate conversation in a beautiful setting with your love and still really enjoy the attentive care of your server. We think the world of Melanie, who took care of us tonight. We love her professionalism and her attitude! We will be back- every time.

This was the best restaurant we ate at on the beach. The oysters were very fresh and good, and the tuna was excellent and very reasonably priced. It was just too big for a person with a small appetite. The service was good. The waitress serving the next table gave her customers a lot of advice/information. Ours was less forthcoming, but OK.

By far, one of the best restaurants in St. Pete!!! The service was great and the food was even better. Snappers starts yo out with home made flat breads and homemade hummus. Both were fabulous. We were not that hungry, so we went skipped appetizers. The dinners were great. The grouper and sea bass were both fresh! the grouper was served with a mango salsa, coconut rice and thinly sliced beet rings. The crunchy beet rings were a nice contrast in terms of texture to the delicate grouper and the rice. We enjoyed the whole experience. I'd say well worth the wait (they do not accept reservations).
