“Worth it!”

Ate at this restaurant twice during a week-long stay at one of the nearby resorts. The food is great and very reasonably priced for the area. I recommend the seared tuna with one of their puff pastries!

“Delicious Seafood - Worth Waiting For”
Reviewed May 13, 2013

Having a great dining experience at 1200 Chophouse, we found out the owner also had a sister restaurant called Snappers - we headed over there to try their appetizers. The snapping shrimp and crab cake were great. The Key lime pie with oreo crust was the best ever!!! Both restaurants are a home run in our book. We definitely will return and highly recommend both.

“Worth It”

Although we have yet to eat here again, our visit in Nov 2012 was rewarding. The meals were not fussed with as so often happens when you've got a "designer menu or chef", but delicious, tasty and ample.

“Great Seafood”
Reviewed May 12, 2013

We went there late on a Thursday evening and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which shows this place is popular. The bar wasn't open but they kindly got us a drink whilst we waited. We ordered the zucchini to share as an appetiser but we didn't realise they also brought you flat bread and a yummy spicy hummus. So I was starting to feel a little full by the time my side salad arrived! I ordered the mixed grill which included lobster, king prawns and scallops. It was divine. I was barely able to eat the puff pastry potatoes that came with! My husband had the grouper which he really enjoyed too. The service was super friendly and whilst the bill was quite expensive for most US restaurants, that was probably more due to the wine. Unless you're really hungry, I wouldnt get an appetiser, there is a lot of food and big servings as it is!

“Great Seafood”
Reviewed May 12, 2013 via mobile

Walked up from the Tradewinds in time for their early bird specials. My husband had the fried seafood platter, I had the Florida lobster tail, beer, wine, delicious crab stuffed portabella appetizer and dessert for around $50. The food and service were excellent. We will definately eat here again.
