“Love this place”

This is a casual crab shack type of place with good food and service. We love the appetizers and sometimes stop in for that and some drinks. If you sit outside, you are overlooking the channel. Inside is still open and breezy. The fried crab claws and fried shrimp are very good. Good place to stop after a day at the beach. You can also pull up your boat and tie it up while you eat.

Oh my gosh, this place is so small and loud! You cant hold a conversation because of the noise. Our waitress wasn't the sharpest knife either. Food was okay for the price

“Dining on the water”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

Ate dinner here on 5/14/13. Had the Oysters Rockefeller, fried oysters with beans and rice and gumbo. We love the local flavor here and watching the boats tie up or pass by is a treat while eating such great seafood.

“Skip It”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

We had dinner here and I must say it was pretty sad. Even the staff was ashamed. (The owner took the evening off.) My big complaint was the crab cakes. They were totally lacking in crab. In fact, I don't the these doughy delights ever came near crab, if indeed there was any to bein the restaurant that evening.

I guess I should have known better when some of the courses came out on paper plates -- definitely a no-no for a dinner house.

“view not worth the price”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

Wanted to try this little place for awhile..REALLY dissapointed in the food, seating was really cramped outside..no good seats for 4 people..food was just so so....service was good actually but i dont see how they can stay in buisness...seems like if they expanded the outside seating it would be better as well as a revamp of the menu.
