Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Rick's Reef is a hidden gem among the restaurants on St. Pete Beach. Kelsey was the perfect the server, answering all our questions with a smile and was ever prompt with the refills :)

“Post Beach Beer & Snacks!”
Reviewed February 17, 2014 via mobile

Stumbled upon Ricks and had a great snack and a couple beers post-beach! Great waiter, Joey, was conversant, speedy and helpful. We had some amazing homemade onion rings and tasty Mac and Cheese! Great drink prices, decent food menu, and perfect venue for casual eats/drinks. Check it out!!

“Friendly Local Outside Bar and Food”
Reviewed February 11, 2014

Went here 3 times for breakfast and lunch. Samantha the bar tender was a life-long resident and fun to talk to. Also the owner was there and was very friendly. Two-dollar bloody marys and a good breakfast. Also, all three times in the morning a flock (8-10) wild parrots sat outside on the phone lines squawking, etc. (unique). It's right on Gulf Blvd, so if you are driving on the beachside and hungry and thirsty, stop by!!!

“Another great dinner at Rick's Reef”
Reviewed February 11, 2014

This time I had the monster hamburger, no cheese, which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Nice tub of fresh coleslaw went with it. My 86 year old mom had meatloaf again, which she can take most of home for the next day. It's her favorite. My wife had fish and chips. The dinners here are always excellent, especially the seafood specials and of course lobster mac and cheese on Saturdays.

A few days later my wife and I stopped in for excellent chipped beef on toast and homemade corned beef hash and eggs for breakfast. Outstanding!

We're in here about once a week for either breakfast or dinner and I'm happy to suggest it to others. Great atmosphere and really nice owners and staff.

We had breakfast here- able to sit outside. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Dinner was really great - Prime rib, hamburgers and salmon.
