Waited 3 days into our trip to visit. First several days the attraction closed early or stayed closed because of rough weather. When I finally took our 11 yr old we learned that this attraction was NOT covered under our daily $35 Resort Activity rate despite it being located directly behind the Tradewinds Beach Resort. The Large water slide also on the beach was but not this. Very disappointing!

The water park was closed except for the slide while we were there. And even the slide was only half working. Sprinkler system was out of order so an attendant had to hand-spray water onto the slide. On a hot day it can burn if there is not enough water on the slides surface. Be wary....

Should be included for tradewinds guests IMHO but at $19 it's steep. Lots of rafts slides and fun stuff for the kids but not worth the price.

My 5 qnd 6 year old managed the obstacles well. I did stay out there with them to monitor, it was on a sand bar. Reasonable for the hour

If you stay at the Tradewinds the cost is $16.00 for an hour(more if your not a guest, I believe). Well worth it!!! This is fun even for teens. They run the sessions on the hour from 10am-3pm. These hours change based on the weather. So check before you go. They provide life jackets and are required to wear. Kids will have a blast. Word of warning if you have little ones. Don't expect babysitters! There is about 2-3 lifeguards to 30-40 kids. You might want to stick around to view your children.
