We had a nice selection of Tapas with a Spanish Rojas wine. We started off with their roasted pear & Goat Cheese Salad ... wow! ... we then had a Tapenade with sundried tomatoes, olive and figs with a sherry reduction on crostini ... again - wow ... next we had the "Expresso Rubbed beef" ... with a carmel bourbon sause ... and a Chilian Sea Bass Poached in a sherry cream bath ... we're still talking about how fantastic it was
