“Best Beach bar on st petes beach”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

the experience is unbelievable the setting the staff the food is exceptional if you want to go to a place and just get away with friendly people this is the place. The bartenders are top shelf great people and can make any drink like it was Carlos Santana hitting a solo in samba pa ti, Susie, Jason, Kristin, George and Frazier make it happen and the servers Mary Lou, Christine, Alex, kim, and Mike make sure every table is well taken care of. The owner Jim has gone to the limits to make this place like an extension of your living room. Comfortable, Enjoyable, and Friendly.
My hats of to Bongos

“Very nice beach bar”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

They have tables in the sand or couches by the music. This is an ideal place to get a drink, eat, relax, listen to music and see the sunset. The music is not too loud so you enjoy it but can still have a conversation. We love the burgers and paninis. The sunsets are fabulous.

“Good breakfast”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

We ate breakfast here every morning we were in St. Pete Beach. Their cinnamon swirl French toast was wonderful. Most of the seating is beach view and you get a nice breeze from the Gulf if you eat outside. I would recommend this restaurant and their breakfast.

“Location, location, location!”
Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

You go here for the location as it is directly on the beach. Food is ok. The Cuban sandwich is recommended. Salsa and chips is not(salsa out of a jar, not fresh which is a big miss by the restaurant as it may be THE quickest and easiest thing to make). Our waitress was very attentive which was nice though and prices very reasonable ($10-12 per selection).

“Great ambience!”
Reviewed April 5, 2013 via mobile

We stopped here for a late night dinner. The tables are right on the beach which was awesome but a little cold. The food was good but the service was terrible. It took about 20 minutes to get a cup of water for tea and over an hour for dinner. We would return for the view and ambience but be prepared to wait!
