The Coconut Inn was the perfect place for our all too brief weekend getaway. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and exactly as described & pictured on the website. The pool is a little on the small side but with the beach right there - who needs a big pool? Pass a Grille is a really lovely part of St. Pete Beach and much more reminiscent of old Florida than the northern part of the island. We'd love to come back for a longer stay next time :)

We booked a room last minute (literally the day before arrival) and the staff was great! They were extremely helpful & personable. The rooms are clean & quaint, however the bathrooms are very small. All in all though, a great inn! It's in a very central location~ everything is within walking distance. Great place to stay for a relaxing beach weekend!

We actually stayed at the sabal palms which is the sister property to coconut inn. However we visited the coconut inn on our trip as well. As far as sabal palms goes it was great. Ask for room 1,2 or 3 as they are ocean front and you have a porch over looking the water. Our room was super clean, and cute. Even smelled clean. :) the staff, eddy and joe were awesome! It is a small mom and pop place but we plan to stay again soon.

Coconut inn is also great. It is one block off water but there is nothing built in front so has a direct water view i suggest room 5.-if u need a late check out at coconut inn they have a "day stay" room where u can store your things while partaking in beach activities. And there is a full bath and shower so u don't have to be sandy for your drive home. Also if u are not a "beach person" both hotels have great pools as well.

I can't say enough about the friendly staff. So close to restaurants and bars. We spent our anniversary here and we loved it. If you want a quiet hotel with great staff and great location, I would highly recommend either coconut inn or sabal palms.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Inn. We checked in early at 12:00 pm and our room was ready. Eddy, at the front desk, was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The room and bathroom is small, but there was a kitchen, a balcony and a view of the ocean. The Inn is ideally located a block from the beach and is close to the restaraunts and shops! Pass-A-Grill has a great deal of character and a great beach vibe. If you prefer amenities and large hotels then you should stay north of the Don Casear. We had a great time and really missed this hotel after we left. The other guests were friendly and respectful! I would love to return to the Coconut Inn!
