Easy access if you get there before the crowds. It's becoming a real 'hot spot' evenings l hear. As l am somewhat disabled, l appreciate that there are 2 handicap parking spots and adequate bathroom facilities (for us women anyway - can't speak for the gents room.!

Good tasty value for the money - very pleasant owner/manager? and staff. The menu is full of favorites and more....l esp. enjoyed the crab cakes and SW wraps.

Having managed supper/night clubs in my life....l would have liked the northside of the large bar 5-8 ft. smaller and LOWER so as not to block the view of the boats on the water....moving the TV's higher and ditching the cabinet (all blocking view)..........by having a smaller bar as described - that also leaves room for the guys to walk ALL around the bar which they love to do......perusing the women Coming up to a glass wall is awkward when single and surfing the room. It would also leave room for a two-tops along the windows.

I chose to eat at Sea Hag's after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and other websites. We got what we expected - good food with a relaxed atmosphere. We brough our twin 4 year old girls, as usual, and had a fun time. We got to the resturant around 5:30. It is off off season here, so no trouble getting seated. The place was VERY clean. I didn't go into the kitchen, but I can generally judge a restaurant by the bathrooms which were spotless. This is a very casual restuarant. I'd say that it is a sports bar by trade. There are many HDTVs. My husband was disappointed we didn't find the place earlier in the week to catch the Sunday ticket. We all felt at home. The staff was very accommodating to our seating request of being able to see the water. The staff hooked up the booster seats to the tall bar seats. We had a great view of the marina. We ordered a fried shrimp boat, kids pizza (real pizza), crab cake sandwich, and an extra order of hushpuppies (best part of the meal - SO GOOD). Overall the food was good. The fried shrimp batter was a little too salty, so I just took off a little batter. They were cooked very nicely. We plan on going back while we are here.

We got the 1 lb. of shrimp appetizer to split between us as an entree with 2 salads and bread, and it was a great meal, almost too much to eat. The shrimp were so good we got some to go a few nights later. Unfortunately the bread we got that time was hard as a rock. We were there on a Friday night and the bar was packed because of the live band, which was very good (oldies and Motown) but it was very loud in the restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and did not push us to order drinks as another reviewer complained. We will go back next time we are in the area.

I loved this place! The food was great, the bartenders were very friendly and the beer was cold! What more could you ask for.

This was the 2nd time we visited Sea Hags while in St Pete Beach, however, there was a live band there on the night we went for dinner - after we had dinner and the band started playing, if you didn't have a partially filled glass in front of you - the wait person asked that you purchase another or "the owner would reprimand her" This completely turned us off to the point that we would not go there again
