Room had NO ac. Moved us, but after grief. Breakfast was a joke. Cold muffins delivered to our room via a basket. I suggest you spend the money and stay at the Tradewinds or the Sandpiper.
If wealthy go to the Don. DONT' STAY HERE... Treat yourself!!!

If you are searching for a well maintained, beautiful place to stay that bypasses the hustle and bustle of the beachfront hotel scene while in St. Pete's Beach, look no further. Pasa Tiempo is a tranquil, peaceful, adult resort. From the minute you push through the gates to the courtyard you hear the soothing sounds of waterfalls and are surrounded by flora that rivals that of a botanical garden. When you check in at the office you are offered a complimentary flute of champagne and a seat while the InnKeeper Ivonne completes your registration and gets ready to show you to your room/suite. We stayed in Room 14 which offers a waterfront view, private jacuzzi and deluxe accomadations inside. The room itself was well thought out. There is a small refrigerator that holds a complimentary bottle of red or white wine(you pick when you book your stay) coffee maker with all the supplies, toaster, utensils, coasters. All the comforts of home. All of the decor is well matched and the room was immaculate. Nothing was left out when planning for hospitality.
There is a continental breakfast which is anything but continental. You have your choice of yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, cereal, homemade deviled eggs, fresh cheese and meat, muffins, toast, english muffins, croissants, juices, coffee, tea. It was delicious and rivals a breakfast that you would pay for at a local restaurant.
All of this is served on a beautiful rattan tray that you can take to the pier or if you are lucky enough to stay where we did, back to your private waterfront patio complete with tables and chairs.
The pool is set up to offer various sunscreens and after sun lotions just in case you forgot to pack yours. What a nice touch. The pool is heated, which we loved. We were able to swim at night without freezing.

There is a wonderful German restaurant within walking distance of Pasa Tiempo that we highly recommend. The food is authentic, reasonably priced and if you want to enjoy some fine German beers you can walk back to the resort in less than 5 minutes.

So, if you are looking to avoid hearing Marco Polo shouted all day and night at the pool and if you don't want to hear a bar band playing while you sit on your balcony, this is the place for you.

We will definitely stay here next year when we come back to St. Pete's Beach.

Pasa Tiempo is an absolutely beautiful resort secluded from the hustle and bustle of St Pete Beach.

We stayed in a Waterfront Room which had a lovely view of the pool and the bay. The room was cozy. My only semi-complaint was with the air conditioner which was a tad noisy and seemed to have a problem keeping the humidity out of the room.

The hospitality was wonderful and we felt like special guests even though it was our first time visiting. We were greeted with champagne upon our arrival, provided with a tour and local restaurant recommendations.

We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet get-a-way. Two thumbs up!

We loved everything about this place. The private gated courtyard is very tropical and beautiful. It is a great place to relax. The room was very nice and private. The inn keeper was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions. The locations was also very convenient to beaches and downtown St. Pete. We would definately recommend this place and we will be returning.

I booked the honeymoon suite at Pasa Tiempo based only on the reviews I read through Tripadvisor and it was wonderful! The website pictures do no justice for this resort! (I was able to see one other room which was very nice...a little small...but neat and clean.)

The honeymoon suite is fantastic and perfect for that romantic getaway we all hope for. It is beautifully decorated and very private. It is ground level with a gulf front view. The patio is enclosed with windows that allow a picture-perfect view of the bay area. It has a private jacuzzi on the patio - which has an air conditioner so it's very comfortable. Plus, the nights are so cool now, you can just open the windows and enjoy the evening breeze.

The bathroom is lovely and spacious with a walk-in shower - VERY NICE! You have an endless supply of clean, crisp towels, plus you have your very own bathrobes.

You are given a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival; Your choice of red or white. The dock is beautifully kept with tables and lounge chairs for your relaxation. Perfect for sharing the wine with your companion or for simply watching the boats sail by, or even watching the dolphins that you'd swear are there just to greet you!

The resort seemed to be quite full with visitors, but we didn't run in to anyone expect one or two while gathering our breakfast in the morning or enjoying the complimentary champagne or Baileys in the evening hours.

The staff is there to help you with anything if need be, but only at your request. Just ask them to reserve you a table at a nearby, or not-so-nearby restaurant, and they will. Anything to make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

I highly recommend this resort to anyone needing a relaxing vacation and especially a romantic getaway.

It is just a wonderful place to be whatever your reasoning for your stay...we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

What a wonderful place -- I can't imagine a better one. The entire property is beautiful, idyllic, and romantic. We stayed in the waterfront room and loved it, but were also able to see other rooms and found them equally beautiful. Both owners and staff are tremendously accomodating and helpful to their guests, and everything isdone with an eye to comfort and relaxation. We'll definitely be back.

My husband & I stayed at Pasa Tiempo for two nights on our 12th anniversary weekend in September. Originally, we had looked into staying at the Don Cesar, but the prices were outrageous (over $300/night). After reading the reviews of this lovely b&b and noting that it is a 4 Diamond AAA property, we decided to book at Pasa Tiempo instead & are so glad we did! Since this time of year is considered the 'off' season and we are Florida residents, the property was running a special on its Courtyard Suites (20% off normal rate of $169/night), which was a great deal. The property itself is lovely with a beautiful courtyard area, nice pool and wonderful views over Boca Ciega Bay. According to the owner (Ivonne), prior to her ownership, the property was run as an apartment building. As such, the units are good sized. We stayed in a 'Courtyard Suite' (room 11) and though it fronted the parking lot and the beautiful courtyard, it was very quiet & peaceful. The unit itself appeared to have been recently renovated and was tastefully decorated & had a living room (w/tv), dining area and full kitchen (they don't allow you to cook in the kitchen, but you are allowed to use the microwave & fridge). There was a separate bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath and another tv. The property is located on lovely Boca Ciega Bay (beautiful sunrises!) and only a few blocks to St. Pete Beach. There is a nice pool and lovely deck area with tables where you can relax, read, catch some rays, eat breakfast or whatever. There is also a dock. They provide a nice continental breakfast (fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, muffins, etc), plus fruit/snacks throughout the day and licquer in the evening (Bailey's). There is also a nice bottle of wine in your fridge when you arrive (when you book your room you can request red or white wine). The owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. They are very familiar with the area, sights to see, good places to eat and are happy to make recommendations and reservations if needed. All-in-all a we had a lovely experience & plan to go back again! For more info & to check out photos, etc. be sure to checkout the property website at [--].
