My husband and I have been here several times; it's within a few miles of our home and it's smoke free (unlike some local places which still allow smoking). On our most recent trip, we received some great, good and downright apathetic service. The great service was from LaTosha, who actually made us feel as though she wanted us there and cared whether or not we were satisfied guests. Our original bartender was attentive and polite, but she soon disappeared (I think her shift was ending). Once she was gone and before LaTosha came on, we had several servers/bartenders checking on us; I give them credit for working as a team. The reason I stated that we received apathetic service was because one the staff randomly decided to turn down the volume on a game we were watching and then allowed another television to stay on the DirecTV screen saver (?). Afterwards, she finally realized that we were trying to watch the game and finally turned the volume back up. It's a sports bar! I shouldn't have to ask you to put games on the television and to make sure that your patrons can actually hear what they are viewing! It felt as though we were inconveniencing her; no wonder there were only two other people sitting at this part of the restaurant. With regard to food, it is your standard, bar food - not terrible, but not great.
