Beach Club was very nice, clean, quite place but so is all of St. Augustina. The staff was friendly and helpful. On monday, they have a welcome tea and coffee, worth it for you to go, they give away lots of nice gifts! The rooms are clean as well as the property. People can drive their cars on the beach. You don't need to, cause your are right on the beach. Nice clean beach. We also rented bikes from the hotel, cheap $5.00 hour. You can BBQ if you like. Didn't see any kids all adults. Took the Red Trolly to the Old Town, which was well worth it , the hotel staff will help you with that. Close to Daytona, good day trip to see the speedway and dog races, took about half hour driving. One thing i would say, "They should heat their pool so it can be enjoyed", water was cold this time of year, no one in the water, they all agreed. pool is open till 10.30 which is nice but you cant swim. They also need a bar area to meet others.
