My husband and I stayed three nights for a long weekend/anniversary get away. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room downstairs. Upstairs was a "cozy" room with a king size bed and bathroom. When we walked in, the room smelled fresh and clean. We were in walking distance to many attractions and one of the trolly stations. The first day we were there the Manager, Joanie, called and arranged for the trolly folks to pick us up (once we realized how close they were, we walked for future trips). A few days before our trip, my husband called Joanie and asked about flower delivery in the area. Joanie took over and ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses and had them in the room when we arrived, along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our oldest daughter also called the hotel and made arrangements for chocolate covered cherries and champagne to be in the room when we arrived. Joanie took care of everything. When we were checking in, we asked about somewhere good to eat. The owner, Neil, told us about a local restaurant and suggested some menu options. The restaurant was fabulous. I really can't say enough good about this inn and their customer service. If you want a super fancy hotel with high prices and no customer service, go elsewhere. If you want a comfortable and clean place to stay and great staff members, this is the place. Thanks again guys for a great weekend. We'll look forward to seeing you all again.

What a Wonderful Review! You have made All of us at The Cozy Inn very happy and certainly motivated to do all we can to help our guests enjoy their stay! We were so impressed by how your family wanted to make sure you both enjoyed your Anniversary in a very special way! They wanted you to have the privacy of the Townhouse but in a place within walking distance of some attractions. Thank you for the kind words and we all look forward to your return!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here along with friends in the next room. Very clean and updated. I would say that this is the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. The staff was very helpful guiding us to great restaurants. You can easily walk to the Visitor's Center, attractions, fort and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms 12 and 13 were great for us.

This hotel/ B&B was phenomenal!!!! From the first moment we walked in, to the second we checked out!

I had a reservation for a single room by the office, which was nice, but not what I was looking for. I asked if there were any other rooms available, and she had us on a tour of availabilities within 5 minutes. I immediately fell in love with the porch and family! Never felt like a tourist, always felt welcome!!! . Not only did they show me what was available they made sure I was taken care of!

We ended up doing a beer experience, it was great!!!

The room (or should I say suite) was the perfect balance of old world charm and new amenities.

Because of the staff it doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like home!!!

Room Tip: In the main house!!!

We are so happy that you felt so "at home' in our hotel and that it even felt like a Bed and Breakfast - although we are not a B&B. Our staff is amazing and we are thrilled when we hear how well you were taken care of. We are there every day - but it's our staff that really takes care for us. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such kind words - and we hope you come back and visit us soon!

This is our second stay at the "Cozy Inn" and it will not be our last. We just had one of the small rooms but the cleanliness is outstanding.....probably the cleanest we have ever been in. The staff is just the friendliest. Christine was most helpful looking on line to get us an answer about one of the places to visit. She helped my husband get on line as he was having trouble doing it. It was also very quiet when we were there, something we look forward to when staying somewhere. If you don't stay here you will be losing out on a pleasant experience.

Room Tip: We have only been in one of the small rooms, but I'm sure they are equally as nice.

There is no better testament to our Cozy Inn than hearing such good things from a repeat guest! We love it! It keeps us focused on what is really important to us - our guests and our staff. We are so happy that Christina was able to help you - she is truly a gem and we so very much appreciate her efforts. Thank you for saying such wonderful things! Come back and see us soon!

My husband and I stayed at the Cozy Inn for two nights during our visit to St Augustine. As the reviews we read on TripAdvisor said - the hotel is conveniently located, the rooms very clean and the staff exceptional. We asked for advice as to where to dine and were given several suggestions as well as menus and coupons. Both the Kingfish Grill and Jaybirds were a big hit.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely the perfect end to our vacation!

First - thank you for taking your valuable time to write about us! We pride ourselves on being clean and friendly. We are small and family owned and we try to make our guests feel like they are family too! We are happy you liked the restaurants we suggested. We don't suggest any place unless we eat there ourselves - and we do eat at the Kingfish Grill and Jaybirds once a week to make sure they are as wonderful as we suggest! Next time you visit - please not only end your vacation with us - but start and end it with us! Thanks again and we hope to see you in the not too distant future!

What a great spot. Choose this Inn based upon Trip Advisor reviews and the reviews were accurate. This place is clean. Very friendly staff. We stayed in a townhouse and it was perfect for us. We would definately choose this Inn again. Highly recommend.

The Cozy Inn is really two properties -- a small complex of a house and a number of suites on one side of San Marco and a traditional motel on the other. We stayed in the ground floor of the house with a large front porch. The suite was large and comfortable -- entryway, full kitchen, eating area, living room area and separate bedroom and bath. Everything was clean and in excellent condition and the internet access was solid. We were a bit concerned about noise because San Marco is a main artery -- very busy during the day. However, the traffic dropped off to nothing at night and we were not bothered by traffic or other noise at all (we were there in February, however, so we had the windows closed). The Inn is about a mile from the historical area of St. Augustine (directly down San Marco) which was a good distance for us. However, if one is not up for walking it might be a bit far out. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the owner gave us an excellent recommendation for a seafood restaurant which we would not have found on our own. The website refers to the Inn as a "bed and breakfast" but that is incorrect -- there is no breakfast (and the website has been updated to note that, although the "bed and breakfast" reference is still used). All-in-all, we were very pleased with the accommodations and our stay and can recommend it with confidence.

Room Tip: Note that there are different room offerings -- the main house, the suites and the "motel."...

Hi Minnesota! We thank you for your positive, educational and descriptive comments! You stayed in one of our favorite suites - with that wonderful front porch all your own! It's a great place to just enjoy the city and at the same time be able to relax - inside the suite and outside on the porch! We are nice walk to town - which lots of travelers prefer - and we can also have one of the trolley companies come and pick you up if you would like a tour of our wonderful city. We do have a good choice of types of accomodations - so your advice is wonderful and accurate - take time to look at our site and pick what is perfect for your stay. We are so happy you did and hope you will come back soon. Thanks again for your feedback!
