“Clean and friendly!!!”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

My husband and I needed a place to stay just for one night because we were in town for a wedding and I came across the Cozy Inn on tripadvisor and everyone raved about how clean it was and that is something VERY important to me so I thought we would give it a try. Well let me just say I was not disappointed, this quaint establishment was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in even in comparison to some more expensive places we have stayed in in the past. The room smelled so nice when we entered and you could just tell that the owners make it a priority to keep their establishment well maintained and they want to know if you have any issue at all while you stay there. All the staff genuinely care about their guests and want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. You are greeted with a smile at check-in and the same at check-out. The Cozy Inn is absolutely a place where we will be staying again and hopefully next time we can stay a little longer and try one of the townhouse options so that we can bring our 2 children with us. Now that we know just how clean this place is it makes me feel comfortable bringing our children there.

Awesome find! We were looking for an affordable, clean, convenient location in St. Augustine and this is it! Walkable to downtown, or a very short car drive. Extremely clean (we were wondering how you even get showers so white)! Really nice staff. I wish we could find Cozy Inns everywhere we vacationed. The rooms aren't very spacious, but for the price, location, and amenities, we couldn't care less!

Room Tip: Call the office to book your room and help them save on online fees.

We were quite surprised at our accomodations at the Inn. It was a large 1-bedroom 2-story townhouse less tha a mile from town. The receptionist couldnt have been more helpful. The unit was very clean and furniture was up to date. Ithad an oven/range and nice size refrigerator/freezer. I would certainly reccomend the Inn to my friends!

We made a last minute late night reservation on Christmas Eve while on the road and Joanie, the manager, set everything up for us and the place was as nice as she promised. We stayed in a chain hotel the night before and I could not even sleep the rooms are so stuffy since they never open windows... So this was night abs day, a bit more expensive but worth a good nights sleep and the ability to make a nice breakfast int the morning. We stayed in a townhouse unit. Spacious, clean, airy and close to the fort and the touristy section of town on foot. The only missing thing was a container for boiling water for tea, and there was pretty much no hot water for showers, probably shared the boiler with other units and got up too late or too early... Would stay again.

We found this hotel on a Pet hotel finder web page but cross referenced it with tripadvisor. You have to admit the name is not an eye catcher, but everything else is. We stayed in a townhouse suite with a full kitchen with two large Great Pyrenees dogs. The room was clean and well appointed, the hot water was hot and got there quickly. The staff was friendly and the location is about a mile north of the old town area. Frankly the place is the best and everything that a hotel should be. I would stay here again, with or without a you, you won't regret it.

Room Tip: I thought the townhouse was great. Parking is a bit tight. Request room 39. It is on the end and eas...

We were there for Thanks giving day, very nice place, a real cozy, Room is small but with all you canexpect, with a real nice potpurri smell. People is very nice and very helpful, everybody from the owner to the housekeeping. Very good combination of service and price. The only back side is that the place is far from downtown but you can get free parking in the amenities.

Room Tip: Be sure to have your car right in your door.

Spotlessly clean and well located (15 minute walk into town past a selection of bars and restaurants and nice shops including antiques, furniture and deli).

Alternatively, you can park at the free (but unmarked) car park (opposite the Ramada and next to the Mission of Nombre de Dios.
