Stayed here with the family in Dec 2010 during our trip to St. Augustine. Location was conveniently just off I-95, with adequate shopping and a small smattering of restaurants in the nearby vicinity.
Rooms were well appointed, and the owner/manager went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable - always smiling with a pleasant demeanor.
Only issue we faced was when it seemed that simply walking around the room seemed to create an undue amount of noise through the floorboards, which appeared to disturb the guests staying below our room. Instead of politely giving us with a warning, they unscrupulously dumped a bag of popcorn outside our door.
Likes: Overall, Comfort Inn at St. Augustine was a nice hotel. Customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The beds and linens appeared to be clean and were soft and comfortable. I especially liked the variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast.
Dislikes: Our room was dimly light even in the bathroom. Also, the location of the hotel was directly behind a gas station and somewhat tricky to find. Maybe better signage would help.
Once again another plesant overnight stay at a Comfort Inn family hotel. We stayed for 1 night and had a 2 queens room. Importantly it was clean and functioning room. Breakfast good as well, not your standard donuts and drinks type of breakfast =)
Great rate, very accomodating. Excelent room and quiet night. Breakfast included was very good.
We recommend this hotel because our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was really nice, the staff were friendly and the WiFi worked well. It's not the cheapest hotel at that interchange but it's the best value. We stayed at one of the cheap hotels nearby and regretted it. Stay at the Comfort Inn.
