We chose Journey's End through the great reviews and their website. We spent three nights there and we were NOT disappointed. Tim and John were excellent hosts, the staff was amazing and our room (the Amelia Earhart room) was absolutely beautiful. The inn is beautifully decorated with a modern yet comfortable feel, breakfast was delicious; the amenities such as wine, coffee, tea and snacks were readily available and top notch. The interesting guests we encountered just made for a great experience, getting to hear all the interesting stories and adventures.

I can't say enough what a wonderful stay we had. I will stay at Journey's End again when visiting St. Augustine and recommend it to others!

Thanks again to Tim and John for making our stay so amazing!!

Room Tip: Loved the Amelia Earhart room. It was the only room downstairs, was newly decorated and convenient t...

We stayed here for a short (2 night) visit to see St. Augustine, which we had previously been to only for a day trip. St. Augustine is a fascinating old city, and At Journey's End was the perfect place to stay while we took in St. Augustine's old world charm. Everything about the inn was ideal, really. It had the perfect balance of both aesthetic appeal AND comfort (which can be hard to find in the B&B world). While not a particularly historical building (there's more than enough of that everywhere else in town!), it was attractively decorated inside and out. The garden patio on the side of the house was especially nice and relaxing. Our room, the Amelia Earhart room, had classic (but not overwhelming or kitschy) aviation touches to the decor. It was spacious and quite comfortable. Perhaps the only downside at this inn is that the bed is so comfortable you may not want to get up for the delicious 9:00am breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, it was very good, and different both days we were there (apple-cheddar waffles one day, baked eggs benedict the next). Beyond the breakfast, the inn offers a variety of other complementary treats, including chocolates, fresh baked cookies, and a nice selection of beverages (teas, wine, soda, beer). The innkeepers, Tim and John, were extremely friendly and helpful, offering experienced recommendations for touring and dining, several of which we followed. And finally, the location was, for us, perfect: right by the Gilded Age decadence of Flagler College (the old Ponce de Leon hotel) and the Lightner Museum, and a very short walk (5 mins or less) to the majority of the old city's attractions. All in all, it was the perfect place to stay and we would definitely come back again someday.

Room Tip: The Amelia Earhart room was very comfortable. Although some people might find the first-floor locati...

We stayed at this gorgeous inn for three nights. We had never been to St Augustine before, and this was the perfect introduction. We stayed in the Egypt room and were thrilled by the second story private porch. The breakfast served every morning was outstanding. The innkeepers could not have been more accommodating or helpful. We followed their recommendations for meals and each meal turned out great.

Congenial host, nice room with a spacious veranda, comfortable bed, walking distance to downtown and a delicious breakfast. We've been to lots of B@B's and At Journey's End ranks up there with the best of them.

At Journey's End was such a wonderful experience for my husband and I's anniversary. The owner's were super nice and were very welcoming. They were also able to give us some great ideas about things to do during our stay. Despite the torrential rain, their house was so comfortable and within walking distance to everything that the weather didn't spoil a thing! Our room (Egypt) was very comfortable and the porch was very pleasant. I can't say enough nice things and when we come back to visit St. Augustine we will absolutely be staying At Journey's End again!

My mom, husband, my grandfather, and I had a very enjoyable, relaxing, weekend here at such a beautiful, acomodating, bed and breakfast. We couldn't have asked for better hosts, cooks, housekeeping, and such informative staff. Tim and John wear about 10 different hats around there maning the phones, emails, paperwork, the cooking, cleaning, and ensuring their guests are well informed of all the interesting places to visit or restaurants to try, and that their guests are number one most importantly happy and comfortable. We were celebrating my mom's 60th birthday party, and I thought this would be the perfect gettaway for the weekend to relax. We stayed in the Key West room. Room big enough to acomodate 4 people. The beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it. We enjoyed our 2 nights and different breakfast cuisine each morning. They brought us a special order of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and are even willng to assist in arranging activities for you out in the town of St. Augustine. We can't wait to take some time to go back and stay again. Book your room today! They fill up quick and it will be a memory you'll never forget and you'll be happy you did.

Room Tip: All the rooms sound fantastic! If you have a group of 4, choose the Key West room.
