“Very disappointing”

After reading about the cinnamon rolls we decided we'd have to check Theo's out. We ordered one to share and it was cool/almost cold. It was so tough that the bread part must have been days old. It shouldn't take a steak knife to cut a cinnamon roll and it shouldn't be so tough that your jaw gets tired chewing. Never the less that is what we had a cold, tough piece of dough. Prices were pretty steep and we most definitely won't be back.

Nothing fancy. Good food at good prices with good service. There were several traditional Greek dishes in addition to the usual sandwiches, burgers, etc..

Everybody gets a chocolate chip after eating. This is a nice touch.

The decor is gawd awful nautical. It is so overdone you have to smile.

Great local breakfast and lunch eatery at the entrance to the Ancient City on King Street. Don't miss the cinnamon buns! Delicious; enough to share. We enjoyed both lunch and breakfast there. Nothing fancy, just good food.

Had a wonderful breakfast here. Not a fancy place but absolutely delicious. They had the biggest cinnamon rolls I've seen. Really good, go here if in St.Augustine.

We warmed up on a cold January morning with a no nonsense delicious breakfast at Theo's. Excellent, friendly service and really good food. The amazing full plate cinnamon bun is cooked on the griddle, like a pancake. The basic eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes breakfast is worth driving for. None of that uggy fast food prefab stuff.
