" WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING" was the first thing the sulky looking hostess barked at us as we approached the desk, we dared asked how long the wait would be, "15MINS" Surprised by such a short wait we said ok put us down, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to set us up with a buzzer. Luckily the bartender and server were the complete opposite and could not have been more welcoming. I would like to say the visit got better, but the turkey burger I ordered was undercooked and still had blood inside. The server was very apologetic and got another one made, but it took far too long to arrive and my husband had finished eating long before it arrived. On the positive the server did have tthe burger taken off the bill without us saying a word, so it was nice that they were able to acknowledge what had happened and be pro active in keeping the customer happy. A must try if visiting this restaurant is the cheese soup, it was fantastic.

On our way to Palm Beach we stopped in St. Augustine for dinner. The place is attractive, with ocean view just in front of the old Spanish port, we had a nice seat after 30 minutes wait. In the meantime we tasted their in-house beers, all very good. Also the service was efficient and corteous. But the food was something to forget about. Shrimp and grit was inedible, dried overcooked miniscule shrimp in a lake of grease with a lot of spices. Tunafish ordered medium rare came totally raw, cold in the center like sushi, some side vegetables could not be identified.
I give them two points just for the location and the beers.

A friend of ours recommended this place and it is very cool as it is right across from the Bridge of Lions so it is a nice view if you get right next to the window. We ordered portabello sandwiches which were good, but we're not beer drinkers so I think if you liked beer, you might like this place more.

Our third time here. Right across from the Bridge of Lions. As with the previous visits, the food was excellent as was the service. This visit we were able to sit out on the Balcony overlooking A1A and and view the sailboats,The draw bridge the activities on the street below and the comings and goings at the Fort down the street. A great restaurant and a Great City to visit.

This restaurant is in a prime location right by the Bridge of Lions. The service was fast and nice. Loved the food. I had coconut shrimp which was really good. If you sit outside on the terrance, you get a great view of Bridge of Lions. Loved it!
