Just returned from dinner at Collage and it was wonderful. We started with the Tenderloin Bruschetta which was very flavorful and also greatly enjoyed the warmed goat cheese salad. The goat cheese was incredible and perfectly matched the vanilla bean Vinaigrette dressing. For the entrees my wife had the scallops and said they were the best she's ever had. I had the Veal Orleans and although not greatly experienced eating veal it was tremendous and hands down the best I've ever had. Our server Scott was excellent, his demeanor was very low key and when complimented said the chef made his job easy. He was very knowledgable on the menu and made excellent recommendations although he was quick to add that everything on the menu is excellent and is thoroughly tested before for it can ever reach the menu - and after eating there I believe it. Mike (the owner) asked everyone how their meal was. When I complimented him on the excellent experience he too quickly and graciously said his staff was responsible, not himself. These people are extremely professional, great at what they do and at the same time very humble. This was a great experience and after visiting many fine restaurants around the country I'd have to say the best all around dinner I've ever experienced. If your on the fence about dining hear, go for it, you won't be disappointed and these people deserve your business.
