We went here for a friend's wedding celebration. They rented out one of the back rooms upstairs and it was perfect! The service was great- quick and timed well. I am sure that was not easy because there were many guests mingling around. Our table in particular went through several pitchers of Sangria and the waitress realized how quickly they were going so she started bringing two at a time- good move!

The food here is excellent. I have been to the Columbia in Tampa and the one that closed down in West Palm Beach- I think this is the best one in terms of ambiance, service and food quality.

I hope I get to go back sometime soon!

First off we made reservations on line and it worked perfectly, no wait at all. This restaurant has a nice ambiance and we went here for our anniversary. We both had shrimp dishes and the yellow rice and vegetables were very good. Our waiter was attentive and we enjoyed our dining experience here. We tried Acupulco on Sunday afternoon, we wish we came back to Columbia because the service was terrible at Acupulco! We enjoyed the little gift shop at Columbia also. Friendly staff.

We come to Florida the first week of December annually and make a point of overnighting in St. Augustine primarily to be able to enjoy at least one meal at Columbia. We're never disappointed.
Meals, whether simply salads, wonderful sandwiches, or delicious entrees are served elegantly by expert service staff. We bring home the famous salad dressing. While St. Aug can get a little too touristy here and there, Columbia is an oasis of quality and elegance we savor.
Can hardly wait to get back to Columbia very soon.

My husband and I dined at the Columbia last night. It was our first time and it worked out beautifully since it was our anniversary dinner. We did not have reservations but were seated promptly upstairs in a semi- private area. Ray Z was our waiter and did a marvelous job explaining the dishes and suggesting options. I am very selective as to the preparation of the food; Columbia delivered top notch service, excellent dishes and appetizers, excellent drinks. I haven't had a favorite restaurant in Jacksonville area until last night. Columbia earned a 5 star.

We stopped here to have a light tapas dinner. My husband ended up having a chicken dish he decided was one of the best he had ever eaten! I ended up buying the cookbook & spices fron the gift shop to try the dishes at home.
