We been to that restaurant twice. Once we ordered chicken wings and they came raw inside and pink. Not because it was smoked, because it was under cooked.
Our bartender who looked 17yo did not how to make a mojito. He opened the bartenders book and was adding the ingredients one by one into the glass. It took him about 10 min to make 2 mojitos. And they were not that good at all.
The second time we went there a month later or so. We ordered sangria and pulled pork sandwich. This time our food was cooked and good and sangrias were tasty, and we did not wait for a long time.
