We got an excellent deal on this hotel through bidding on Priceline. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Rooms are well equipped with mini fridges, microwaves, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Also has flat screen t.v. with Direct T.V. service. Hotel provides free wifi and parking and free daily newspaper. They have a restaurant on site and a swimming pool and laundry facilities. Breakfast is not included but they have many reasonable options. The hotel is very close to many of the attractions and only 1 mile to the centre of historic St. Augustine. The staff at the front desk is very helpful with recommendations. We stayed here for 2 nights on our way north and stayed here again for 2 nights on our way back. Excellent value. There is a Denny's in the hotel next door and a McDonald's is only a 5 minute walk south.

First, it is bar-none the best breakfast buffet in St Augustine. And, at $8 per person, it's the best price, when you consider what you get (including coffee). Check it out.

The Inn is above average for St Augustine. It is clean, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a standard room which included a king bed with a hide-a-bed couch, for $149 (including $16 for our two breakfasts). I'm guessing that the room was a bit over-sized as compared with other rooms we've had - but it was not a suite. While that's more than we like to pay, one must consider the location - close to downtown - yet not a ridiculous price.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay for 4 days, just prior to Valentines day. It is just 2 blocks to either the green & orange trolly (tram) stops 1, 2 or 3, and also the same distance to the Big Red Train (tram). Take your pick, you can walk to them. Parking is a problem in downtown St Augustine, so we chose to ride the trams. We took our car for dunner later in the evening, as parking is a bit more available after 5pm, and tickets are not issued after 5pm.

Overall, I'd say we did pretty good, seeing the sights and having cozy romantic evenings, very close to downtown. Highly recommended.

When we made the reservation didn't know there was a closer Holiday Inn Express off of the exit-which looks like it was just built. If you are going to be staying around St. Augustine for a few day this place would work well. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights Fri & Sat, got a good deal on Priceline. We arrived about 6pm and the check-in literally took 30 seconds. Amazing. Clean, good location, can walk to historic district and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. A 5 minute walk will bring you to the Mission which has a lovely park on the water and I saw dolphins there in the morning. Nice! One criticism, the trash pickup comes at 7:14 on Saturday mornings and bangs & beeps you awake as the garbage truck empties the dumpsters outside the rear rooms.

Room Tip: avoid the 215, 315, and 415 rooms as they are right by the elevators.

Thank you very much for showing your appreciation of your check in. Also, I am happy to see that you enjoyed the walk to the historic district. Please say "hello" to the dolphins for me next time. I apologize for the trash pick up time and I have no problem looking into having it changed. Thank you once more and have a great day.

Not terribly outstanding, but clean, convenient, and very attentive staff. This is not a large property, but the in-town location is great. Guests can walk to restaurants and hisoric district nearby. I stayed for a meeting and have no complaints.

Room Tip: Handicapped-accessible rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.
