Our family just returned from a beautiful sunset tour of the GTMNERR estuary, which left from the Marineland marina. Plenty of parking and very nice and clean bathrooms. Our guide, Alex, prepared us well for our kayaking adventure with a thorough briefing before we settled into the kayaks and shoved off. His familiarity with the flora and fauna of the estuary helped us to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful ecosystem we were paddling through. A clear and breezy evening and favorable tides made things even better! It was a wonderful evening that we really enjoyed and we hope to do some more kayaking soon.

We went kayaking Saturday night, 7:30-9:30pm, with six other friends of ours on the EcoTour in the Guana and it was one of the best canoe/kayak trips we've ever been on. It helped that it was a perfect night, breezes, gorgeous sunset, lots of florida birds (pink spoonbill, herons...) and our guide, Dan, had lots of interesting info and stories. However, just before sunset, a momma manatee and her calf visited with us for about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing when they would come up along our tandum kayak and rise out of the water to check us out. The calf went underneath of our guide, Dan's, kayak and upside down, the calf wrapped it's fins around and up the sides of his kayak! Dan thought the manatee was going to flip him but he ended up just "hugging" his kayak. What an amazing experience. Great trip Dan!!!

Headed out on a Saturday night Kayak excursion not knowing what to expect. WOW what a great evening! The scenery, the peacefulness, the beauty of nature, watching Dolphins swim nearby, the sunset. Can you tell we had a great time!

Have never been kayaking before but our guides - Brandon and Cameron - made us feel safe, secure and energized. Their passion to share as much info as they could was terrific. In all, a great evening.

If you have the opportunity to take this adventure, please do!

We set out somewhat early in the morning from the Marineland location on a self guided trip, the water was so calm and the weather was perfect. We saw dolphins, lots of birds, and a sea turtle. There were several beaches to stop for a picnic. The entire setting was amazing. Chris was so knowledgable and helpful. I'd gladly go back for a guided tour as well. This was the highlight of our trip.

We went on a night time kayaking tour. It lasted about 2 1/2 hours. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had a great time. There were just 2 couples and the guide that evening, but they usually have more. So we probably received extra special attention. The tour leaves from the marina across from Marineland about 6:00 and returned about 8:30. We were fully instructed and given the necessary equipment. We saw dolphins playing and lots of birds. No manatees that evening however. It was a slow kayak trip with plenty of time to view the beautiful sunset and take pictures, a romantic evening for sure. We would definitely reccomend this tour. Next time we would take a day tour to see more sights. Very relaxing tour.
