Played 12/27/12, Blue tees (6650+/- yds) Nice layout among upscale homes, well trapped but not unfair placement. Water comes into play on a few holes but not penalizing that much for single digit handicapper. Fairways and green were immaculate, would love to see the speed of these greens in the summer. Actuallly had some elevation change, unlike other boring Florida courses. Clubhouse was really nice with a great lunch menu. Check out the b&w pictures of Jack around the clubhouse. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about other courses in the area. I thought this course was a little tougher then it's sister course (Slammer and Squire). Much bigger landing areas off the tee at the S&S. King and Bear is about 3 miles from the WGV and Hall of Fame property. Do not pay rack rate..You can find deals on the larger golf websites for both the WGV courses.
