Long outdoor pedestrian mall has lots of stores although mostly coastal type merchandise. Pleasant places to sit down and have ice cream or meals. Plenty of public restrooms.

I loved the spanish colonial style and shopping. There where so many little cook shops, one sold alligater heads, and great food! I found a pizza place I feel in love with here.

We walked the St. George historic street several times. Not much to look at, restaurants and gift shops. Many of the buildings were not original and were redone. Wouldn't waste our time there again as there is so much else to see in St. Augustine that is wonderful.

This is the oldest city in our country and it doesn't get the notoriety it deserves! There is so much to see here of the Spanish influence that was prevalent during the 1500-1700's. The architecture is stunning, and there are so many shops to visit on and off St. Georges. For me, it rivals eastend Long Island. We go often!
