Our guide, Tiffany, was nice, funny, very informative, and genuinely kind to everyone. The tour was full of information about the processing of cocoa and making of delicious kinds of chocolate. My 8, 6, and 41/2 year old loved seeing all the machines and, of course, tasting different kinds of chocolate.
The 1 hour tour was a perfect morning treat on a hot vacation day.

We took the tour Tuesday July 30 @ 1:30 and the girl who gave us the tour was awesome. Very knowledgable and fun personality. You watch a quick video do a chocolate tasting like a wine tasting go thru the little factory where they are making real chocolate sample some more than go into another room to try more chocolate. The tour was inexpensive, you get a $2.00 off coupon off a chocolate purchase. We did have an issue we bought our tour tickets through the trolley when we arrived for the tour we realized the trolley company didn't give us the tickets, we called the trolley company they spoke to a chocolate worker and we were able to make our tour, the trolley company had someone drop off the tickets while we did the tour so we didn't have to miss it. Oh yes you need to make an APPOINTMENT which worked out fine for us we did the wine tour first then chocolate tour. The gelato was also really good. I had two it was so good.

Thank stryteller

This is a great tour for chocolate lovers! Learn how chocolate was invented and how it is made today. Our tour guide was fun and informative. Taste different kinds of very well-made chocolate! The shop offers all different kinds of chocolate and candy, as well as some delicious ice cream and sorbet. The flavors offered are both traditional and unusual. We tried chocolate hazelnut, key lime and lemon basil. All were tasty!

Our guide Kevin was great, fun and accommodating. Good information on chocolate making process. Great tasting. Tour price should be lower. Keep in mind this is a artisan chocolate factory, products priced accordingly. Good for kids, they loved the gelato.
