“Thank You Trip Advisor”
Reviewed July 28, 2010

Visited this lovely little gallery because of the comments I read on Trip Advisor and boy was I glad! They had very unique items at great prices and all by local artists. Met the owner who was terrific - very friendly and informed - and even got to pet the pug. Got the nicest, most original raku mugs and original acrylic on wood - most beautiful mementos of our trip. Will enjoy for years. Thank you to all who contributed their comments.

“Don't miss The High Tide Gallery (formerly Mullet Beach)”
Reviewed July 27, 2010

I love this place! The owner, Aimee' Wiles has created a marvelous art gallery with something for everyone and something for everyone's pocketbook as well. Colorful, warm, and appealing, The High Tide Gallery is an original and is the kind of place that makes people return to St Augustine!

“A real gem!”
Reviewed July 16, 2010

These days, almost every touristy town touts itself as a place to buy art. Thing is, most of them seem to have a really loose definition of "art" and place strangely high price tags on amateurish or hackneyed "schtuff." But St. Augustine is the exception, and if you only visit one of their many fine art outlets, High Tide (formerly Mullet Beach) should be that one. There really is something for everyone. This little shop is just bulging with treasures in all price ranges and many styles -- from note cards to jewelry to ceramics to pricey wall art. We could have spent a fortune, but as it was, we somehow escaped with 2 beautiful art glass pendants on silver chains and a handmade ceramic dolphin fridge magnet, all for around $100. As if that weren't enough, the owner was very welcoming and helpful, as was the store's mascot, an adorable and elderly-looking pug.

“Well worth a visit!”
Reviewed June 4, 2010

This is not your run of the mill, stuffy "old money" art gallery. The young owner (Aimee) and all the artists are terrific people. With all the art work from local artists, it will give you a real sense of what's happening in the thriving art community of NE Florida. From a small piece of shell art for $3 to the multi-thousand dollar originals by nationally recognized artists, there is literally something for everyone.

Besides, you'll have a genuinely great time! No budget or big budget, absolutely everyone is welcome. Stop by and say hi to Aimee ... and tell her Teri sent ya!

“Absolutley a great gallery!”
Reviewed June 4, 2010

My wife and I stumbled onto Mullet Beach Art Gallery many years ago and we keep going back every chance we get. It always amazes me the wonderful selection of items available. Every time we visit we find something new we just love. We decorated our new home almost exclusively with artwork purchased there. You can't find a better selection of quality art than with Aimee. If you are in ST. Augustine you just have to visit Mullet Beach - you won't be disappointed. In fact go several times - each time you visit you will find a new treasure.
