My wife and I have been to St. Augustine many times, but were unaware of this restaurant. The hotel where we were staying recommended it and we were not disappointed. It is very small so I would recommend reservations. The atmosphere is very casual. There was one older waitress with a very young waitress helping her as a team. The food was good and we had an enjoyable evening meal. To the bad review if you are looking for elegance go to the La Cocina restaurant in the Castillo Real Hotel on Alt A1A.
