Very new, very clean hotel, near the Outlet Mall and just a short drive from town. Rooms were clean and well appointed. All the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and professional.
There were 2 busloads of folks with young children in the hotel the first night we were there but we never realized it until the next morning as they were leaving.....it was that quiet.
Breakfast is the usual, with make your own waffles and microwavable sandwiches added. You can have coffee, tea or hot chocolate at any time, although the hot water was more tepid the later it got. Not a big problem as each room has it's own little pot. Dorothy, who handled the breakfast area, was great. She would take care of any problems in a jiffy and was extremely friendly. She cleaned up quickly, even after the numerous children the first day. Breakfast area is large with plenty of seating and the computer counter is a nice touch.
We didn't need to use them, but the business center is also well appointed with 2 computers and a printer. and the pool and spa area looked inviting. WiFi was strong and easy to use in the room. I downgraded the sleep as for me. the matress was a little too hard, but I'm spoiled. My husband slept like a log.
We got a good deal here for the weekend and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is pretty on the surface. It has a good location near the outlet malls, but was my family's worst Marriott experience ever. We arrived very late at 1 AM and stood outside for a good 15 minutes ringing the bell for entrance. The door was finally opened after I located the hotel phone number on my reservation and CALLED, even though it took 10 + rings for the clerk to answer. (Sleeping perhaps?) The room and hotel LOOKED beautiful but were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were much too soft, very cheap and the linen and pillows were the worst quality that I've ever experienced. The same is true for the towels that were the thinnest that I've ever used. The tub also did not drain properly - a pet peeve of mine. I think this should be a mandatory check on every housekeeper's list. This hotel has the potential to be one of the best in the area if some attention was paid to QUALITY of the accomodations. After one night here, my family moved to the Hampton. It wasn't as pretty, but the beds were much more comfortable.

We spent three nights here and found the accomodations to be wonderful. The room was clean and the service was very good. The location worked fine for us and for anyone that likes outlet shopping the Premier Outlet is at the end of the road. The hotel is new which to me is a huge plus. I loved the separate livingroom area too. Breakfast was like most places - simple and adequate. They also have coffee available during the day which is nice if you return in the afternoon and want a cup.

Stayed here for a weekend. Hotel is very clean. Free breakfast was OK. Wish it had more variety but loved to make my own waffles. Room was very clean & quite spacious. Only problem was that we were 4 people staying in the room, & the staff would only leave enough towels for 2 people. Had to call everyday for extra towels. It was close to the outlets & just a short drive into historic St. Augustine. Price was just right. Would stay here again.
