Nice clean room beds were clean maid service was very polite & Helpful desk clerk was very helpful. we even had an incident when the wives left to go shopping and left the door ajar and the desk called to see if someone was in the room (as our vehicle was gone ) so that mwans they look out for the guests enjoyed our stay we would definitely stay here again the only negitive item was the cont breakfast was a little thin ( but I enjoy a full service breakfast any ways)

Room Tip: small parking lot only room for 1 car per room

Good value for the money. I just wanted a cheap place to stay on my visit to St. Augustine. I picked the hotel for its location and price. The hotel is .3 miles from the Lions Bridge. You can easily walk from the hotel to the downtown historic district. It took us 12 minuets to walk. It’s also 1 mile from the alligator farm and lighthouse. It’s a short drive to St. Augustine pier and beach. The hotel has a small market and British pub across the street. Most of the restaurant are across the bridge.
Pros room
Nice staff, clean, great price, good location, free parking, fridge and microwave in room.
Cons
Small pool, office hours 7-10, no view

This small motel is probably the best value for money so far, location is excellent and the rooms are huge, clean and well maintained, friendly staff, free breakfast was fresh and plenty(muffins, bagels, cold cereal, coffee, tea etc).Don't listen to the bad reviews, they could be old.The British pub opposite was a lot of fun also and had karaoke that night(Thurs)and had woodchuck cider on tap(my favorite).I would definitely stay here when i visit again.

Room Tip: Rooms face the road,we had a room on the second floor, lots of parking and a 15-20 minutes walk over...

I had a good 4 night stay. The room set up was perfect and the room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will come back and I will recommend the Anastasia Inn to friends and family.

Very convenient location. Well kept, clean and accomodating. Front desk guy was friendly and helpful letting us park our uhaul trailer even though the parking lot was small.
The tiny office did not make you think there'd be breakfast but there was! It was small but great to have something to eat. Fresh muffiins, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice... Didn't use the pool..was a little pool but looked clean. Would stay again.

We went on the reviews here, and were sorely disappointed. It wasn't terrible, but it was more a dirt-cheap hotel at a not-dirt-cheap price. Nice staff, and the bed was very comfortable. But there was a grey, crunchy [not clean] towel with our supposedly clean towels. The toilet seats have no top lid - like a gas station. The bathroom floor had dark grout - I never dared touch it. Didn't try the postage stamp pool, so i don't know how it was. Zero charm. For $89, I'd like a touch of charm. This was more of a $49 a night room. We would have bailed and gone elsewhere, but hated to throw away our money. We did change to another spot the 2nd night But we felt like we were robbed of one night of our weekend getaway.
I suspect the owners have written these reviews, because they are sure not describing what we saw....

We have been staying here the last 8 years and we like the location. The price is comparable although it is needing some updating now. It is small and average with nothing special but it is ok to spend the night.
